Duties of Authors

Authors must ensure that:

Duties of Editors

Editors are responsible for:

  • Evaluating manuscripts solely on their academic merit, originality, relevance, and scientific quality.
  • Ensuring a fair, unbiased, and confidential review process.
  • Making publication decisions without discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or political beliefs.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and reviewer identities.
  • Taking appropriate action when ethical concerns or misconduct are identified.

Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers are expected to:

  • Conduct reviews objectively, fairly, and constructively.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and review materials.
  • Identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors.
  • Inform editors of any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Report suspected plagiarism, duplicate publication, or ethical misconduct.

Publication Misconduct

The journal does not tolerate any form of publication misconduct, including but not limited to:

  • Plagiarism
  • Self-plagiarism
  • Data fabrication or falsification
  • Duplicate or redundant publication
  • Improper authorship attribution
  • Citation manipulation
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest

Appropriate actions, including manuscript rejection, publication correction, retraction, or notification to affiliated institutions, may be taken when misconduct is confirmed.

Ethical Oversight

Research involving human participants, personal data, or sensitive information must comply with applicable ethical standards and regulations. Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals and informed consent where required.
